Identify and assess all level two, three and four offenders living in Lehigh County that meet eligibility criteria for the State's Drug and Alcohol Restrictive Intermediate Punishment Program. In addition to case management of offenders and supervision of one employee. Bachelors degree in a human service/criminal justice area. CJ experience a plus. EOE

FT Substance Abuse Counselor - Halfway Home of the Lehigh Valley

The Halfway Home of the Lehigh Valley has an immediate opening for a full time residential drug and alcohol treatment counselor to join our multidisciplinary team.  Applicant must meet DOH DDAP Licensing Standards for the position of counselor, CADC and experience with co-occurring populations preferred.  Knowledge of approaches to trauma informed care and Veteran needs helpful.

Primarily Weekday M-F w/2 evenings per wk (One Sunday every 5 weeks). Responsibility for 8-10 clients including individual counseling, care authorization and case management duties, as well as two therapy groups per week.
