Fiscal Manager

We seek an experienced, highly energetic Fiscal Manager to guide all aspects of our fiscal management in support of our current operations and future growth plans. We are looking for an innovative person who is creative, self-motivated and able to work as a full partner with the Senior Management team and the Board of Directors. The successful candidate will be a financial leader, a motivator, a strong communicator and a strategic thinker.

The ideal candidate will have final responsibility for the quality and content of all financial data, reporting and audit coordination for a medium sized organization. Ability to translate financial concepts to programmatic and fundraising colleagues who do not necessarily have a finance background. Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and relationship skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Must have knowledge of accounting and reporting software. Must demonstrate the initiative and willingness to offer support, and work as a team with the Treatment Trends administrative staff.

FT QA Coordinator/Compliance Officer

Immediate opening for a FT Quality Assurance Coordinator/Compliance Officer for a drug and alcohol treatment provider, Minimum Bachelors Degree, with five years drug and alcohol experience, QA experience a plus. Analyze and report on program data for quality improvement. Review incident reports to ensure client and staff safety. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. FT Substance Abuse Counselor - Halfway Home of the Lehigh Valley

The Halfway Home of the Lehigh Valley has an immediate opening for a full time residential drug and alcohol treatment counselor to join our multidisciplinary team.  Applicant must meet DOH DDAP Licensing Standards for the position of counselor, CADC and experience with co-occurring populations preferred.  Knowledge of approaches to trauma informed care and Veteran needs helpful.

Primarily Weekday M-F w/2 evenings per wk (One Sunday every 5 weeks). Responsibility for 8-10 clients including individual counseling, care authorization and case management duties, as well as two therapy groups per week.
